Contact support
Email us from the address associated with your ReadySaid account. Include your platform, ReadySaid version, what you expected, what happened, and the steps that reproduce the issue.
Email support@readysaid.comProtect your information: never send a password, authentication code, full payment-card number, private key, or API key. Share audio, transcript text, screenshots, destination-app details, or logs only when necessary and only after reviewing what they contain.
1. Setup and permissions
ReadySaid features may require Microphone, Accessibility, Input Monitoring or listen-event access, paste-related access in the direct-download edition, and Launch at Login when you enable it.
- Open ReadySaid and use its System Access check.
- Open macOS System Settings → Privacy & Security and verify the permissions requested by your edition.
- Confirm the selected microphone works in macOS Sound settings.
- Quit and reopen ReadySaid after changing a permission.
- Place the cursor in an ordinary editable field and run the in-app insertion test.
ReadySaid refuses dictation while macOS reports Secure Keyboard Entry. Do not dictate into passwords or other secure fields.
2. Dictation quality and text delivery
If ReadySaid hears the wrong words
- Confirm the correct language or dialect and selected microphone.
- Move closer to the microphone and reduce background noise.
- Add recurring names, product terms, or phrases to your Speech Profile.
- Use Exact to inspect recognition more literally, then compare with Clean.
- Review Natural and Professional output carefully; fluent wording can still be wrong.
If the text does not appear
- Confirm the destination is an editable, non-secure field.
- Recheck Accessibility and paste-related permissions for the direct-download edition.
- If ReadySaid reports that text was copied, press Command-V manually.
- Run the in-app insertion diagnostic and include the result in your support message.
3. Account and sign-in help
ReadySaid is designed to support email and approved Google, Apple, and Microsoft sign-in. Social sign-in opens a secure browser and returns to the app through the ReadySaid callback.
- Use the same sign-in method and email you used when the account was created.
- If you cancel or close the browser, return to ReadySaid and start again.
- Allow the browser to return to ReadySaid when prompted.
- If the callback stalls, quit the browser page, reopen ReadySaid, and retry once on a stable connection.
- Do not create a second account to solve an entitlement problem; contact support so the original account can be checked.
ReadySaid never asks you to send your Google, Apple, Microsoft, or ReadySaid password to support.
4. Trials, subscriptions, and billing
The intended initial direct U.S. Professional offer is $9.99 per month after a 14-day trial for eligible accounts. A payment method is required for the direct trial, and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled before renewal. The purchase screen is the controlling offer.
- Direct Stripe purchase: use ReadySaid’s billing-management action to open the Stripe Customer Portal, update payment details, view invoices, or cancel.
- Apple purchase: use Apple’s subscription-management and purchase-support tools.
- Ordinary cancellation: ordinarily stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period.
- Refunds: handled according to the controlling purchase terms and applicable law. Apple handles App Store refund requests.
Deleting a ReadySaid account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel through Apple first. In a supported direct Stripe account-deletion flow, cancellation is immediate and non-prorated, remaining subscription time may be forfeited, and deletion does not itself create a refund.
5. Privacy requests and account deletion
Read the Privacy Policy for the full data description and Data Controls for the feature-by-feature map.
Password-based accounts can use supported in-app deletion after reauthentication. If your sign-in method does not currently support that path, email support@readysaid.com from the account email to begin a verified deletion request. We will provide the available verification and billing steps. Do not assume the request is complete until ReadySaid confirms it.
Account deletion does not remove text from destination apps. Device-local preferences, profile information, Insights, and legacy rollback copies may remain until you use available reset controls or manually remove local app data; uninstalling the app bundle alone may not erase Application Support data, preferences, logs, or clipboard content. Minimized billing, tax, fraud, dispute, and security records may remain where required or permitted by law.
6. Security reports
For a suspected vulnerability or account-security issue, email support@readysaid.com with “Security” in the subject. Include a clear description, affected version or URL, reproduction steps, and impact. Do not access another person’s data, disrupt the service, or publicly disclose an unaddressed vulnerability.
If you believe your account is compromised, secure the associated email or identity-provider account first, then contact ReadySaid. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact local emergency services; ReadySaid support is not an emergency service.
